Diagraph, An ITW Company is pleased to introduce LELA. LELA is a leading edge label applicator that is compact, low-cost, and easy-to-use.
LELA offers an easy and cost-effective way to get started with automated application of pre-printed labels. For those companies that are manually hand-applying labels to their products or packages, or even those organizations that are currently auto-applying pre-printed labels and need to add or replace existing labeling equipment, LELA may be the answer.
LELA is anything but an entry-level model. It incorporates features and technology typically found in higher priced labeling machines.
LELA is driven by a Brushless DC Servo Motor. Quite simply stated, Servo motors are more accurate and dependable in applications requiring maximum uptime and high repeatability. With a patent-pending rewind-drive system, there are no drive or nip rollers to wear out or web around.
LELA can be put on a production line with a maximum line speed of 80 fpm and LELA holds a 14” outer diameter roll of labels, which means less changeover of label material. Maximized uptime!
Key Design and Performance Features:
· Wipe-on Label Applicator
· Drive Roller-Free Patent-Pending Feed System
· Accurate and Reliable Brushless Servo Motor
· On-the-Fly Setting Changes
· Durable Stainless Steel Peel Blade
· Easy-to-Read LED Text Display

LELA can be oriented for top, side or bottom labeling. The Servo-controlled label dispensing assures wrinkle-free application.
