IJ3000 ES Controller Overview
The IJ3000 ES Controller is a powerful, low-cost web-server based HMI that features a color touchscreen display, drives Diagraph’s Integrated Valve, Impulse Jet, and Thermal Jet printheads. It has a 100-base T Ethernet network port for web browser, network connectivity.
Diagraph has created special package “IJ3000 ES kits” for TJ500 thermal jet printheads, as well as dual head Integrated Valve 9 or 18 dot printhead applications. For additional information please call 800-722-1125 for details.
ES Controller Features
- 5.7" diagonal, 320 × 240 color LCD with touch screen
- 16MB Flash memory for message storage
- Impulse Jet drives two Diagraph IJ224 (3/4") or IJ384 (2") printheads
- Integrated Valve drives any combination of Diagraph IV9-dot (1/2" or 7/8") or IV18-dot (1" or 2") printheads up to 72 dots
- 100-base T Ethernet network port for web browser, network connectivity
- Serial ports for scanner lookup/PLC interface/variable data
- Enhanced print message editor includes drag-n-drop
- Painted steel, environmentally protected enclosure
