Datamax® "H" Class Overview
In keeping with Datamax high standards, the new H-class series incorporates a patented precision crafted design that is unmatched. The H-class printers are designed for the most rugged environments supporting applications in such places as manufacturing, shipping and warehousing, but sophisticated enough to support high-resolution graphics and text on small labels. This series of printers is another step up in ruggedness and durability from the Datamax I-Class. The series includes the Models 4212 (203 DPI resolution) and 4310 (300 DPI resolution) and can print label sizes ranging from 1” to 4.65” wide.
The H-class printers are designed for the most rugged environments supporting applications in such places as manufacturing, shipping and warehousing, but sophisticated enough to support high-resolution graphics and text on small labels. This printer line boasts a 32 bit/200 MHz multi-tasking processor, 16 MB DRAM and 8 MB FLASH memory, and a serial, parallel, USB and ethernet ports in the standard platform. Options like a direct-powered internal rewind option allow for a full 8” outer diameter roll rewind. Standard and heavy-duty cutters are also available as well as label present and peel and present sensors, linear scanner, GPIO interface, and wireless ethernet connectivity.
