The TJ500 Smart Level Ink Monitoring system tracks ink usage of each cartridge. Ink low and Ink out status is displayed at each printhead as well as in the status screen of the control software.

The TJ500 has been engineered and designed to work with Diagraph ink cartridges. The TJ500’s Smart Level Ink Detection System, which provides ink level monitoring to ensure complete ink usage and product safety, will not be functional if used with non-Diagraph ink cartridges.

TJ BIS350 Thermal Jet Bulk Ink System

Diagraph is pleased to introduce the TJ BIS350 Bulk Ink Supply System.  This product utilizes a 350mL cartridge to supply ink to Diagraph Thermal Jet printheads.  Benefits of the TJ BIS350 Bulk Ink Supply System include less ink changeovers, a single point ink refill that supplies ink to multiple printheads, and over a 50% reduction in the cost-per-mark as compared to using a standard ink cartridge.

Diagraph is pleased to introduce the TJ1000 Thermal Jet Printhead.  The TJ1000 is a reliable, low cost ink jet printhead capable of printing up to 10 lines of data including alphanumerics, logos and UPC-A bar codes.  Print character height is 1/10", 1/4", 1/2" or 1" tall.
