Diagraph Service Repair Center
The Diagraph Service Repair Center offers repair and service on large character ink jet systems and printheads, high-resolution ink jet systems, and automated labeling systems.
These repairs will be completed on a time-and-material basis for those customers without a service contract. Freight will be paid by the customer for the printer to be sent to Diagraph and to be returned to the customer site.
Please complete the following items before sending the equipment to Diagraph for repair.
- 1. Contact the Diagraph Service Center or complete the on-line RMA Request Form to receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2. Pack equipment into proper shipping container.
- 3. Create a shipping label for the address listed below, and include the RMA number on the attention line of the label, and ship the container to Diagraph.
- 4. Ship the container to Diagraph at 1 Missouri Research Park Drive, St. Charles, Missouri 63304-5685
The customer is responsible for shipping and insuring equipment to and from the Diagraph Service Center. Diagraph does not provide equipment to the customer while the customer’s equipment is being repaired unless explicitly stated by a pre-arranged agreement with Diagraph.

Diagraph maintains a staff of highly trained technical support technicians who are available from 7:00AM to 5:00PM (CST) each business day to assist you and answer your technical questions. On-Site Technical Support
Diagraph maintains a national team of highly trained Field Service Technicians who are available for on-site repair or maintenance of your Diagraph systems. Our Field Service Technicians are certified to work on the full range of Diagraph systems, and their vans are fully stocked with common repair parts and tools to provide you with a rapid and efficient solution to your problem. Each Field Service Technician is required to successfully complete the annual training requirements at Diagraph in order to remain on the leading edge of technical skill. Purchasing one of these agreements provides service and protection above the normal warranty provision listed in Diagraph's warranty policy.
