The high resolution IJ384E ACS Impulse Jet Printhead features individual health-check functions such as an Automatic Cleaning System, Digital LED Level and Channel Check button built directly into the printhead to optimize floor operator useability. The enhanced design includes reinforced roller retractors that serve double duty to protect the printhead and assure quality prints regardless of irregularities in gaps between the printhead and the substrate. The IJ384E ACS prints high resolution barcodes, logos and text on corrugated cases, gypsum and wood in a print area up to 2” tall and accommodates industry-leading throw distances of ¼” for machine readable barcodes and ½” throw distances for alphanumerics.
