The label format contains "True Type" fonts and the printer does not contain enough memory to properly print all of the text. Upgrade the printer memory or replace the "True Type" fonts with a resident font of the printer.

The label format parameters are incorrect. Check the following: A.) The incorrect printer driver is selected for the label format. Select correct printer driver from the list of printers found on the format menu. B.) The print area height and width does not match the actual label dimensions. Measure and enter the correct label dimensions in the label height and width fields found on the Label Format design menu.
1.) The incorrect print driver is install in Windows. Verify that Windows printer driver matches the model number of the label printer; I-4206, I-4212, or I-4308. Follow these steps to check the Windows print driver: A.) From the Start menu select Settings. B.) Select Printers. C.) Verify that the correct printer driver exists for your model of printer. (CD version of Easy Label only) 2.) Power to the printer was Removed during operation clearing the non-resident fonts from the memory of the printer, and causing the printer to print with a small resident font available in the memory of the printer. Follow these steps to correct the problem. A.) Cancel all print jobs remaining in the print queue of the Easy Label software. B.) Restart the software.
It is absolutely, positively one of these nine scenarios: 1) Sentinel not attached on the back of the parrallel port (this is the large female port) on the back of the PC. 2) Sentinel attached, but not tightly. 3) Wrong program type loaded to match color of sentinel (this only matters in version 2.6 and up). Beige = Premier Light Green = Express Red/Beige = Flash 4) In Program Options menu, version set to DEMO instead of FULL. In the 16-bit version Program Options are under Manager Functions, in the 32-bit version it is under settings. 5) Sentinel drivers failes to install during the installation of the program. This is very evident if you noticed an error message during the software installtion saying something regarding "sentinel." 6) Sentinel drivers installed at wrong physical address. This can be determined by doing a Find File on a file named Sentw*.exe. Once yhis file is found, double click to execute it. There will be only one menu for Rainbow Technologies Sentinel, Functions. Choose Configure Sentinel Driver. If the address of the installed driver is an odd number like 40 or 60, the entire program must be re-installed. A correct number would be 378. 7) Sentinel drivers needed to be updated. This is when you are using PS vs. 2.5 or below on Windows NT. A Diagraph Labeling Tech Support Member has this update. 8) Parallel port not functioning ot configured incorrectly. You can check this through the settings of the port in Control Panel. You would look under System then Device Manager if you have Windows 9x. If you have Windows NT, you would check the status of the Parallel under the menu called Devices. 9) Sentinel has failed (shorted circuit inside, loose or broken pins). This is the last possibility and the sentinel must be replaced.
The version of software is incompatible with the operating systems. To correct this problem, upgrade the Easy Label software to version a compatible with the Windows 2000 operating system.Additional information and support is available at the Tharo.com website, under the name Easy Label.?
