Linx FSL20 & FSL50 Fiber Lasers

The Linx FSL20 and FSL50 fiber laser coders deliver precision permanent marking for complete traceability onto a wide range of materials including metal, rubber, plastic and packaging foils in both static and moving applications. The ability to mark on hard-to-laser materials and offer a very fine spot size makes the Linx FSL20 and FSL50 fiber laser coders ideal for marking text, machine readable codes, graphics, logos and serialized numbers with extreme clarity for pharmaceutical, medical device, automotive parts, electronics and FMCG packaging.

KEY FEATURES

  • Superior laser tube life of over 100,000 hours
  • High-resolution coding made possible by a very fine spot size creates excellent quality codes, ideal for marking small components or marking large amounts of information onto small areas
  • Multiple lens options allow Linx fiber laser coders to be tailored to the precise requirements of each product without compromising code quality or line speeds
  • Compact design for easy integration allows for minimum disruption to existing workflows
  • Internal air cooling system provides increased energy efficiency, less maintenance requirements and a smaller footprint compared to water-cooled lasers
  • Sequence and serial numbering capabilities include automatic date, layer, time coding, real-time clock; online coding of individual data (weight, contents, etc.) and item serialization
  • Machine-readable codes include barcodes (BC25, BC25I, BC39, BC93, EAN 8, EAN 13, BC128, EAN 128, Postnet, SCC14, UPC_A, UPC_E, RSS14TR, RSS14ST, RSS14STO, RSSLIM, RSSEXP) and datamatrix 2D codes (ECCOOO, ECC050, ECC080, ECC100, ECC140, ECC200, ECC PLAIN, QR)
  • High performance line speeds of up to 236 in/s (6,000 mm/s)
