The Platinum Series (PA/6000 and PA/4600) made their debut at Pack Expo 2006 (October 29-November 2, 2006 at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL) and are Diagraph’s 4th generation automated labeling systems. These printer/applicators are quality engineered and built for performance, reliability and ease of use. They deliver everything you need, exactly what you want, and more than you expect.

The PA/6000 is engineered for high-performance, high-speed, 24/7 operation in the most demanding conditions. Some key features of the PA/6000 include:

  • Up to 110 PPM labeling rate
  • 14” high-strength ABS unwind roll
  • 128 x 64 graphic touch-screen user interface
  • 10” or 20” dual-rod, high-speed cylinder
  • High-flow pneumatic speed controls
  • Long life cylinder (est. 10 million cycles MTBF)
  • Modular pneumatic manifold
  • Standard tamp or tamp/blow application mode (user selectable)
  • Patented pivoting tamp pads for labels up to 6” long
  • Baseplate-mounted product sensor (can be relocated)
  • Swing-under yoke can bolt directly to conveyor

  • Quick-change tamp pads
  • Patented pivoting tamp pads for labels up to 6” long
