All-Electric Labeling Solution

Reliably print and apply labels to cases and pallets.

The Diagraph PA7100 industrial all-electric print and apply labeling machine offers features that can’t be matched by traditional pneumatic-based labelers. When you switch to the completely mobile PA7100, you eliminate the limitations of permanent air drops and become free to move your machine to use where needed.

The responsive touchscreen display offers easy access and real-time feedback. Several different accessories are available to allow you to apply labeling to any side of the box.

E-Tamp application offers flexibility.

The E-TAMP application integrates seamlessly with the PA7100 print & apply label applicator and can apply labels to the side, top or bottom of packaging. The tamp pad can accommodate multiple label sizes with a single pad, reducing downtime and increasing efficiency.

With the tamp, the label is applied directly onto the box by whatever configuration works best for your product line.

E-WASA wipe-around-side-apply for corner wrap applications.

The E-WASA (wipe-around-side-apply) applicator handles heavy duty corner wrap label applications. With the E-WASA applicator, the label is wiped on one corner of the box and then carried over to the other side to be wiped along that side as well. The design helps ensure consistent label placement on secondary packaging and pallets.

E-FASA swing arm apply module for multiple panel labeling.

The E-FASA swing arm apply module handles front panel labeling, rear panel labeling or a combination of front-side or front-top labeling applications. The label rests at the home position of the E-FASA and the arm swings down and places the label onto the box before it continues moving down the line.

High speed tamp contouring applicator is reliable.

The HST contouring high speed applicator integrates seamlessly with the PA7100 print and apply labeling system to reliably apply labels to non-flat surfaces such as product-filled bags and other containers. Its unique pivoting design allows for the contouring of irregular surfaces at speeds up to 300 FPM.

Smart Sensors Give Automated Print‐And‐Apply Labeling Systems a Big Advantage

Effectively moving products through manufacturing and into the retail supply chain requires a robust track‐and‐trace capability. You need to know when products came off the line, where they’re located and where they’re headed. In production environments that integrate manufacturing, packaging and shipping operations, the final step in this process is pallet labeling.

All-electric Print and Apply Labeling FAQs

Do you have further questions? Here you can find more details.

The PA7100 is an all-electric print and apply labeling machine that can apply labels directly to  products, cases or pallets. Printing the labels directly in the labeling system allows you to print on-demand information such as product quantities, weight, product changes and individual labeling.

Typical applications include applying the labels directly to the product packaging, secondary packaging (outer carton or case) or a pallet.

The PA7100 print and apply labeling machine features a color touchscreen control panel. All settings can be made here in addition to a diagnostic function for quick and easy troubleshooting. Print formats can be saved on the control panel to send them to the print module.

To create or modify print images, you need the appropriate print image design software. This can be done via a PC or the TouchPro control panel directly on your production line.

It is also possible to load print information automatically. This can be done for batch changes or individually for each product.

Mechanical installation can be either on a stand with casters for flexible use on multiple lines, on a fixed stand or even directly on your line.

The signal for triggering the label printing dispensing process can be provided by an integrated optical sensor, a sensor attached to the system or also by a clock signal from your system.

For operation, you need labels, thermal transfer ribbon, a power outlet and your print formats.
