IJ3000 ES Stainless Controller Overview

The IJ3000 ES Stainless Controller is a powerful, low-cost web-server based HMI that features a color touchscreen display, stainless environmental enclosure and expandable task  based architecture that can manage up to two production lines independently.  The IJ3000 ES also handles dual  technologies simultaneously, driving any combination of Diagraph’s Integrated Valve, Impulse Jet, and Thermal Jet printheads. It has a 100-base T Ethernet network port for web browser and network connectivity with USB and serial ports for external device connection (PLC's, scanners, scales, beacons, etc.)  The ES can be configured with an optional I/O card for integration with external plant systems.

The ES controller can be purchased separately or in kit packages for Impulse Jet, TJ thermal jet, and Integrated Valve(DOD) printhead applications. For additional information please call 800-722-1125.
